Mosaic Insights have been working with the ACT Government to design a process to develop a Liveability model regarding the parks, waterways and environment and thus seek insights into innovations and new ideas that could make Canberra the most liveable Capital in the world.

Building on this project, Mosaic Insights has been pursuing more work with the ACT EPSDD in creating the business case for programs connecting education and health to Canberra’s open space, and the health and education benefits it provides. This has concluded with the submission of business cases into the budget process with a variety of proposed programs, from ensuring new schools are built adjacent to open space, to starting a volunteer health ranger program within Canberra’s hospitals.

A review into the H2OK program at the EPSDD has also been provided, using theory of change models to show what has and can be achieved within their program logic.
