Program Evaluation – Alluvium was engaged by DAF to review and evaluate the Tropical Cyclone Debbie Category D Economic Recovery Package program. The project aimed to assess the overall project’s governance arrangements, activities undertaken, the immediate outcomes of these activities, evidence that the program had achieved goals and objectives, and provide recommendations for improvement
