Daniel is based in Townsville and is a civil designer with 20 years’ experience in the civil construction industry. Throughout his career he has worked within the private consulting and mining industries locally and abroad. He has experience in the design and construction phases of projects for both private and public sector clients. He has extensive experience in supervising construction, work methodologies, permits and approvals, and job hazard analysis to ensure safe work practices and genuine community liaison.
Daniel is currently seconded to NQ Dry Tropics and is involved with stakeholder and project team liaison throughout the planning, design and construction phases of large and small scale remediation as part of the Landholders Driving Change project. He is involved in project site feasibility, design and construction tendering and co-ordination linked to a wide range of projects. Daniel has experience working in regional and remote locations in Australia and overseas as has a keen interest in the delivery of fit for purpose, sustainable projects.
