Gennevieve joined Alluvium as COO for the group in July 2019. She developed her career in professional services over 20 years, both as a client-facing consultant and also as a leader within business operations at the executive level. She has deep experience in operations strategy and performance, implementing initiatives that drive business growth and increase client and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Alluvium, Gennevieve worked at KPMG, spending a number of years as a supply chain operations and business performance consultant and project manager, prior to transitioning into leadership roles in the operations and enablement side of the business, including COO of the Advisory division. She then went on to lead firmwide programs and collaboration, focused on progressing the digital workplace agenda to improve employee and client experience.
At Alluvium Gennevieve is motivated by the opportunity to combine her professional services skills with her personal interests in sustainable resource management and healthy ecosystems, and provide the operational systems needed to support the Alluvium business to deliver on its purpose.
