Specialising in Integrated Water Catchment Management, Jess has broad interests in water resource management and improving outcomes at catchment and local scales. She has skills in field and laboratory data acquisition and analyses, environmental impact monitoring, literature review, and spatial analyses, and is adept at communicating technical information to lay audiences. Jessica brings a wealth of academic research experience to her role, having completed a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2009 and held postdoctoral research fellow positions at leading universities and research institutes in Australia and the United States of America.

Since joining Alluvium, Jess has worked on a variety of projects that focus on water strategy, framework development, environmental water management and supporting First Nations Peoples in water management.
