Phebe is an experienced consultant with qualifications in environmental engineering, science and project management and has a passion for finding approaches to communicate technical outcomes in meaningful ways. With expertise in the collection, analysis and management of metocean and environmental data, and proficiency in programming, data handling and numerical modelling, Phebe has led and contributed to key coastal and estuarine studies throughout Australia.

She understands many of the challenges faced in the management of our coastal environments and looks to find practical and feasible ways to apply the science in managing coasts and estuaries. Skill areas include coastal flooding, beach and cliff erosion, sediment transport, water quality, beach amenity, catchment impacts and the effects of climate change. Phebe has also facilitated community and stakeholder consultation sessions and sees the engagement process as integral in the success of many projects.
